Ayaz Mirza

Ayaz Mirza is an experienced Chief Security Officer at Atos since April 2013, leading IT service support functions and managing incident, request, change, and escalation processes to ensure high-quality service delivery. Mirza's responsibilities include overseeing major incident resolution, championing service improvements, enforcing security policies, and representing the Middle East in global initiatives. Prior to Atos, Mirza held roles such as IT & Marketing Executive at Burraq Solution Call Centre, Marketing & Relationship Executive at JS Bank, and Store-in-Charge at Nestle Shop, demonstrating a strong background in IT support, marketing, and customer relations. Mirza holds two Bachelor of Arts degrees in Communication and Journalism from the University of the Punjab, along with a Diploma in Autocad and Graphic Design from Peak Solution College of Arts.
