Djamel Hadef

Djamel Hadef serves as the Head of Public Sector and Defense at Atos. Previously, they held the position of Directeur juridique at COMMUNE DU BLANC-MESNIL and have contributed as a Senior Legal Counsel in various roles, including as a juriste for organizations such as INSEP and the Collectivités Territoriales. Djamel pursued a Doctorate in Public Economic Law at Paris 10 while also teaching courses related to competition law and administrative litigation. Their early career included internships at the Conseil d'Etat and Clifford Chance.
