Drew MacNamara

Drew Macnamara is an experienced professional with a strong background in IT service delivery and management in high-profile settings, particularly within major contracts with Microsoft and Google. Currently serving as a Senior Service Delivery Manager at Atos since March 2017, Drew manages a team of 13 at Microsoft's Executive Briefing Center, ensuring high-level IT and AV support. Previous roles include pivotal contributions to new hybrid engagement modalities during the COVID-19 pandemic and managing substantial budgets while leading technical support teams. Prior to Atos, Drew held IT management positions with Xerox and WDS, overseeing the launch of a large technical support center and leading desktop support functions. Drew's career began with notable service in the US Army, where excellence was recognized with the Distinguished Honor Grad distinction. Drew holds an Associate of Science degree in Aerospace, Aeronautical, and Astronautical Engineering from Bellevue College.
