Laura Sikora, CPP, is an experienced HR professional with a career spanning over three decades, currently serving as the HR Director (Payroll) for Atos since June 2004, overseeing payroll operations for the United States, Canada, and Puerto Rico. Previously, Laura held various leadership roles within Atos, including HR PeoplePoint Director and Employee Services Manager, managing payroll and HR functions for 700-1,200 employees, while also supervising multiple teams and handling benefits and compliance administration. Prior experience includes managing payroll at ASCO USA, LLC, and serving as Human Resources Manager/Payroll Manager at Insource Technology Corp. Laura’s educational foundation includes a CPP certification from the American Payroll Association, enhancing expertise in payroll management and human resources.
