Madhukar G. currently serves as Senior Sales Director for Financial Services Industry (FSI) at Atos since November 2021, focusing on enhancing client digital transformation initiatives. Prior to this, Madhukar held the position of Sales Director at NTT DATA Services from November 2016 to November 2021, where the emphasis was on supporting insurance carriers in their digital and operational transformation journeys. From November 2011 to November 2016, Madhukar worked at Cognizant, managing large strategic deals in North America for insurance and financial services. Earlier experience includes serving as AVP for Insurance BPO Sales at EXL Service from March 2006 to November 2011, focusing on new account acquisition, and as General Manager and Co-Founder at IBHPS, now DiTech Process Solutions, from January 2005 to February 2006, where the BPO division was established to service global clients in financial and publishing sectors.
