Mandy Metten

Mandy Metten currently serves as the Head of Group Executives & Strategic Functions at Eviden since April 2023 and has been with Atos since October 2007, where key roles include Censor to the Atos Group Board of Directors and Global Head of Group Campus Management. As an active member of the Societas Europaea council (SEC) Board committee and a board member of Atos Netherlands, Mandy has a strong focus on talent management and organizational transformation, exemplified by leadership in the Atos Young Professionals program. With a solid background in digital transformation and change management, education credentials include a Master’s in Social and Organizational Psychology from Leiden University and professional development at Harvard Business School. Previous experience includes project management at B. Motorsport and an internship in organizational and HR advisory at Leeuwendaal Advies.
