Melanie Smithyman

Melanie Smithyman is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in recruitment and human resources across multiple sectors. Currently serving as the Head of Recruitment for Northern Europe and APAC at Atos since April 2014, Melanie specializes in attracting and acquiring talent to foster excellence within the organization. Previous roles include Global HR Business Partner for Financial Services and Insurance, Global HR Business Partner for B&PS, HR Partner in Business Consulting, and Senior Human Resources Advisor at Atos, as well as Senior HR Officer at a Public Sector Organisation. Melanie's educational background includes a Master's degree from Teesside University, along with CIPD qualifications.
