Monica PLESI

Monica Plesi is a Senior Portfolio and Program Director at Atos, where they manage large, international projects in outsourcing and infrastructure. Bringing extensive experience in program management and project resuscitation, they have also served as a trainer and consultant at the International Institute for Learning since 2012. Monica holds a Master of Business Administration from McGill University and a Bachelor of Engineering from the University POLITEHNICA of Bucharest, complemented by a Bachelor of Science from Academia de Studii Economice din București. They are a certified PMP and PgMP, with expertise in change management, risk management, and global PMO processes.
