Ray Yalenghadian

Ray Yalenghadian is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions. Currently serving as SVP - Group Head of M&A at Atos since April 2020, Ray previously held various leadership roles at BNP Paribas CIB from 2007 to April 2020, including Director of M&A Advisory France and Vice President of the Capital Goods Industrial Group. Ray holds an Executive Education degree in Leadership in Digital Transformation from INSEAD (2022-2023), a Master of Sciences in Management from HEC Paris (2004-2007), and a Master's Degree in Network & Telecommunications Engineering from Saint Joseph University of Beirut (1999-2004), complemented by a French and Lebanese Baccalaureate in Mathematics from Collège Notre-Dame de Jamhour.
