Tim Brinkman

Tim Brinkman has extensive experience in management and operations within the retail and service sectors, notably serving as General Merchandise Manager at Thriftway Food & Drug from 1984 to 1999, where responsibilities included managing various departments and contributing to grocery and front-end management. At Atos, Tim held multiple roles from 2012 to 2014, including Supervisor and Director of Service Desk Operations for North America, where Tim successfully built support teams, improved operational metrics, and managed service desk support across numerous clients. Prior to Atos, Tim worked as a Consumer Sales Representative for The Schwan Food Company between 1999 and 2007, overseeing sales and customer relationships. Tim holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Information Technology from Northern Kentucky University, earned between 2007 and 2010.
