Dirk Schepers

Dirk Schepers is an experienced Human Resources professional with a strong background in leadership roles across various industries. Currently serving as the Human Resources Director for Europe at Atotech, an MKS Brand, Dirk has previously held positions such as Head of Human Resources for Europe & India and Head of Human Resources for Germany. Prior experience includes serving as Director of Human Resources & Internal Communications at GE Energy and HR Manager at Case New Holland. Dirk began a career in training and development as a Specialist at Hochtief AG and later as a Manager at United Parcel Service. Dirk holds a Master’s degree in Sociology from the University of Duisburg-Essen, earned between 1987 and 1993.
