Maksim Lapo

Maksim Lapo has extensive experience in engineering management, currently serving as Head of Development and Quality at Atotech, an MKS Brand, since January 2021. In this role, Maksim is responsible for building and leading a team of engineers, focusing on hiring, mentoring, and fostering a collaborative engineering culture while ensuring long-term product quality. Prior to Atotech, Maksim held positions as Head of Platform Development at Visutech Plating, Ltd, where efforts concentrated on improving development processes, and as Lead Software Developer at Visutech System Ltd, overseeing team roadmaps and development practices. Maksim's early career included development roles focused on enhancing SCADA system connectivity through various industrial data protocols and creating customer-specific automation solutions. Maksim holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanics and Mathematics from Belarusian State University.
