Volker Krenzel

Volker Krenzel, PhD, has extensive experience in the field of corrosion protection and pretreatment, currently serving as Director of Technology Application at Atotech, an MKS Brand, since February 2007. Throughout the tenure at Atotech, Krenzel has held various leadership roles, including Senior Manager of Global Application for Corrosion Protection and Global Technology Application Manager. Prior to joining Atotech, Krenzel was employed at KUNZ GmbH from September 2000 to January 2007 as an R&D Scientist and Quality Manager. Krenzel earned a Doctor of Philosophy degree in Inorganic Chemistry from Goethe University Frankfurt, completing studies between 1987 and 2000.
