Jean-Virgile Crance

Jean-Virgile Crance is an accomplished leader in the tourism and hospitality industry, currently serving as the President of the Confédération des acteurs du tourisme (CAT) since September 2018, representing over 70,000 businesses and 1 million employees. Additionally, Jean-Virgile holds the position of Vice-President at CAT and UMIH, and has been involved with the Groupement National des Chaînes Hôtelières (GNC) as both President and Vice-President. Other significant roles include President of the Commission de l'Hébergement Touristique Marchand at Atout France, and 1er Maire Adjoint for the Ville de Saint-Malo. Jean-Virgile's prior experience includes key leadership positions at Louvre Hotels Group and Brit Hotel Développement, as well as a solid educational background in hospitality and tourism.
