Yassi Abdollahy

Yassi Abdollahy is a seasoned professional in food science and technology with extensive experience in innovation and development. Currently serving as a Senior Innovation and Development Scientist at ATP Science since November 2020, Yassi has previously held roles as a Food Technologist at Lactalis Nestle and Kerry, as well as a Research and Development Coordinator at Mt Barker Chicken. Yassi's background includes developing and implementing HACCP principles, conducting sensory and microbiology tests, and ensuring quality control in ingredient selection.
