Meghan Freeman

Meghan Freeman is the Director of Recruiting at ATR International. Meghan has over seven years of experience in recruiting, sourcing, and training.

Meghan started their career as an Executive Recruiter/Branch Trainer/Branch Development Manager at Culver Careers. Meghan was promoted to Branch Trainer after 8 months with the company. In this role, they sourced and interviewed candidates to grow the San Diego Corporate Office recruiting team. Meghan also trained new hires on sourcing, the recruiting process, client backgrounds, preparing candidates, bringing on new clients, using and maintaining the database etc. Meghan conducted trainings on a weekly basis for the office and facilitated morning meetings to forecast daily/weekly/monthly goals.

After their time at Culver Careers, Meghan took on the role of Director of Recruiting at ATR International. In this role, they are responsible for the delivery of high quality professional level candidates for multiple functional areas by utilizing strategic sourcing methodologies, business intelligence, internal and external networks, professional organizations, branding initiatives, and technology tools in support of strategic business objectives and in partnership with recruiters, hiring authorities and HR business partners. Meghan has a passion for and constant curiosity surrounding sourcing and learning more about the newest sourcing techniques and methods being utilized around the world.

Meghan Freeman has a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from California State University San Marcos.

Their manager is Megan Doyle Bourgeois, Senior Director of Recruiting. They work with Jared Mask - Technical Recruiter, Gerry Diaz - Direct Hire Recruiter, and Elizabeth Kaffenberger - Admin Recruiter.
