Delphine Chamaillard has extensive work experience in the aerospace industry. Delphine started their career in 2002 as a Test Engineer at HEXCEL COMPOSITES, where they were responsible for material qualification and data collection. In 2004, they joined Altran as an In-service Nacelle Structure Engineer, working as a subcontractor for Airbus. Delphine then transitioned to Airbus in 2006, taking on various roles over the years. Delphine served as Head of Industrial Quality Improvement and Performance from 2020 to 2021, where they focused on improving overall product quality and leading corrective activities. Delphine also held positions such as A350 Programme Industrial Quality Manager and A380 Pylons Plant Programme Manager, demonstrating their expertise in crisis management, project management, and budget consolidation. Their most recent role was as the Head of FAL Quality at ATR, a position they started in 2023.

Delphine Chamaillard obtained an Engineer's degree in Aerospace, Aeronautical and Astronautical Engineering from the Ecole nationale supérieure d'Ingénieurs de Constructions aéronautiques, where they studied from 2000 to 2003. In 2017, Delphine also obtained a certification in Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute.
