Alvaro Hernandez Valdes

Alvaro Hernandez Valdes is a financial controller at Atrato. Alvaro has been with the company for seven months and is responsible for payments, cash flow, and accounting. Prior to Atrato, Alvaro was a treasurer with the company for one year and one month. Alvaro also worked as an audit scholar with Heranza Consultores for five months and as a sales agent with Dispran Grupo Futuro for one year and six months.

Alvaro Hernandez Valdes graduated from Tecnológico de Monterrey with a degree in financial administration. Their field of study was finance administration and they graduated in 2017. Alvaro was a member of the tennis team and won an internal competition between ITESM Campus in 3 occasions. Alvaro also represented the university in athletics. Their student associations were Comparmex and IMEF. Alvaro graduated with honors of excellence with a 97 GPA, the best GPA of their generation. Alvaro did a semester i project with the training partner CitiBanamex where they learned a lot about business banking and its analysis. In the middle of their career, they discovered that they were passionate about corporate finance, when they joined Atrato and started working on it, they confirmed that it was their ideal job.
