Nick Papa

Nick Papa is the Senior Vice President at ATREG. Nick has over 20 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry.

Nick started their career at Summerfield Commercial in 1999 as an Associate. Nick was there for three years before moving to Marcus & Millichap in 2003 as a Client Services Manager. Nick was with Grubb & Ellis from 2003 to 2007, where they managed research and marketing functions for their Seattle and Bellevue offices. Nick was responsible for increasing Grubb & Ellis' local and national brand visibility by creating an original research study that led to a featured article in the Wall Street Journal.

In their current role as Senior Vice President at ATREG, Nick is responsible for the company's global business development efforts.

Nick Papa has a BA in Anthropology from Western Washington University.

They are on a team with Muriel Guilbert - Head, Global Marketing, Yoshimichi Takizawa - Managing Director, Japan, and Annie Rothrock - Vice President. Nick Papa reports to Stephen Rothrock, President & CEO.
