Atreides Management, LP is a multi-billion dollar investment firm that focuses on technology and consumer companies in both public and private markets. Atreides is looking for an Operations Analyst to help support their growing team. The ideal candidate would be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment to ensure proper trade support across the firm’s multiple products.
Research and resolve trade discrepancies on all Funds and Separately Managed Accounts (SMAs) by interacting with brokers, administrators and internal constituents. Perform daily reconciliation of cash, trades and holdings between prime brokers and administrator. Prepare daily cash forecasting projections and recommend necessary movements between counterparties. Make trade amendments and journal entries in the firm’s OMS and internal accounting system. Review daily margin calls from multiple counterparties and instruct collateral movements as necessary. Manage the various vendor relationships through regular communications and ongoing diligence. Assist Investor Relations with prospect requests and various ad hoc client questions. Coordinate with the Funds’ auditors, tax accountants and administrator to ensure successful annual audited financial statements and tax filings. Interact regularly with the internal Legal & Compliance Team on a variety of matters including regulatory filing and investment documentation. Work with the Trader and other members of the Finance & Operations team to monitor all order executions throughout the day.
Bachelor’s degree in economics or accounting CPA certification a plus Minimum of 5-7 years of work experience, including at least 2-3 years of experience working on SMAs Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple assignments concurrently Strong communication, documentation and analytical skills Strong Excel skills
