Mike Lafaille

Mike Lafaille has worked in various managerial roles since 2004. Mike began their career as a Manager at Best Buy, where they led a young sales team and worked to build customer loyalty and trust in the brand. In 2010, they moved on to Barnes & Noble, where they leveraged a one-face, in-the-trenches style leadership to generate positive general ledger and developed associates in region-leading selling techniques and strategies. Most recently, they began working as a Project Manager at AtreNet in 2020.

Mike Lafaille has attended both San Jose State University and De Anza College, studying History and English Literature (British and Commonwealth) respectively. Mike has also obtained certifications in CPR from the Boy Scouts of America and ServSafe.
