Julia Riera

Julia Riera is an experienced news correspondent currently with Voice of America since September 2021, serving in the Latin American division of the largest international multimedia news organization in the United States. Concurrently, Julia has been a writer for ATRESMEDIA, contributing to news reports for Antena 3 and La Sexta since August 2021. Previous roles include multimedia journalist for Voice of America, where Julia reported for the "Venezuela 360" program, and editor for Grupo Lavinia, covering Telecinco and Cuatro news segments. Julia's background also includes experience as a sports journalist at FC Barcelona, as well as various writing and production roles at Badalona Comunicació and Ràdio Tiana. Julia holds a Master's degree in Social Media & PR from ESNECA Business School and a Bachelor's degree in Journalism from Universitat Internacional de Catalunya.
