Mariana Aguirre is a professional with diverse experience in health, nutrition, and business management. Currently serving as the owner of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos since August 2020, Mariana oversees an online store specializing in organic body care and environmental products. Additionally, since January 2016, Mariana has held the position of Assistant Compliance Officer at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. Mariana previously owned and managed Barbería El Galgo Negro from November 2017 to November 2019, worked as a nutritionist in a private clinic from February 2016 to 2019, and served as a university lecturer teaching applied mathematics for nutrition and the history of food from August 2016 to August 2017. Mariana holds a degree in Food, Nutrition, and Wellbeing from Universidad del Centro de México and a diploma in Business Administration and Management from Universidad Anahuac Online.
