Seema Otoya

Seema Otoya currently serves as the VP of Growth and Head of West Region at Atria Health and Research Institute, focusing on the strategic expansion in new markets, particularly in Los Angeles and the San Francisco Bay Area. Prior to this role, Seema was the Chief Operating Officer at Era Women's Health, contributing as a founding team member to the startup. Seema's experience also includes serving as the VP of Business Operations at Sprinter Health, where multiple responsibilities were undertaken as a founding team member. Seema founded and led Vartoya Consulting, LLC as CEO, specializing in business strategy and development. Additional experience includes a position as Executive Director of Strategic and Operational Initiatives at Beachbody. Seema holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BBA in Finance from the Texas McCombs School of Business.
