Lynn-Marie Almeida currently serves on the Member Board of Directors for the Rhode Island Assisted Living Association, contributing to the mission of shaping the future of assisted living. As Executive Director at Atria Senior Living, Lynn-Marie oversees operations, talent management, and overall community performance in both Atria Lincoln Place and Atria Bay Spring Village. Lynn-Marie has held significant management roles at NTT DATA Services as Associate Director of BPO Contact Center Operations and at CVS Health in various leadership positions, including Director of Customer Relations. Lynn-Marie's career spans over three decades, with experience in operations management and talent development in the healthcare and senior living sectors, underpinned by a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth and an Associate of Arts from Bristol Community College.
