Minna Kulmala

Minna Kulmala has work experience in various roles and companies. Minna started their career as a Laboratorymaster at the University of Oulu, Biology, Oulanka Research Station in 1999, where they were responsible for managing the laboratory and conducting various tasks such as organizing work, maintaining equipment, and analyzing data. Minna then worked as a Foreman at HK Ruokatalo Oy, Siipikarjaliiketoiminta (Poultry Business) from 2001 to 2006, where they supervised the packaging department and was responsible for bird guidance and processing. Finally, they worked at Atria Plc from 2006 onwards as a Recruitment Specialist, where their expertise included coordinating employee recruitment and developing the recruitment system.

Minna Kulmala's education history begins in 1990, when they attended Kauhajoki High School as a student. Minna then went on to attend Äänekoski Vocational Institute from 1993 to 1995, where they obtained a degree as a laborant with a focus on chemistry. Continuing their education, Minna attended Seinäjoki Polytechnic from 1995 to 1999, earning a degree in food technology as an engineer. In terms of additional certifications, Minna obtained the Sympa HR admin user certification from Sympa HR in June 2018.
