Libby Hall

Libby Hall, MBA, is a seasoned recruitment professional with extensive experience in sales talent acquisition and management. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Global Sales Talent Acquisition at AtriCure, Inc. since July 2017, Libby leads a dynamic team focused on attracting top talent for various roles in sales, marketing, and professional education. Prior to AtriCure, Libby worked at PIVOTAL HEALTHCARE SOLUTIONS, where the company was re-launched to enhance corporate recruitment and consulting. Libby also founded a national sales recruiting organization, Libby Hall & Associates, serving multiple industries including pharmaceutical and medical devices. Early career positions included roles at Janssen Pharmaceutica of Johnson & Johnson, where Libby achieved a notable career progression, and IBM, where Libby began a career in software sales. Libby holds a Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Administration from Florida State University and an MBA from the University of West Florida.
