Lisa McCord is a Senior Manager of Quality Operations at AtriCure, Inc. with extensive experience in quality assurance and regulatory affairs in the medical industry. Prior to their current role, Lisa held positions at Enable Injections, Inc., Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center, and Meridian Bioscience. Lisa has a Master's degree in Executive Leadership and Organizational Change from Northern Kentucky University, and a Bachelor's degree in Biology from the same institution. Their expertise includes managing sterilization validation for new products, environmental testing, non-conformance, and corrective action reports, as well as coordinating medical records.
