Wendy Trevil

Wendy Trevil has extensive work experience in the field of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion. Their most recent role was as the Senior Director of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion at AtriCure, Inc. Prior to that, they held positions at Pratt & Whitney, Otis Elevator Co., and GE Aviation, where they served as a Senior Manager in various HR and diversity-related roles. Wendy also worked at GE Capital, where they held senior managerial positions in operations, global communications and training, and completed the Information Management Leadership Program. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated a strong commitment to fostering diversity and inclusion in the workplace.

Wendy Trevil holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Management Information Systems and Marketing from the University at Albany, SUNY, with a minor in Economics. Wendy has also obtained additional certifications including an Inclusion and Belonging Leader Certification: Mentor from Pratt & Whitney and is a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt at GE.
