Sarah Cullen

Sarah Cullen is an accomplished Occupational Therapist with a diverse range of experience in various healthcare settings. Currently employed at Synergy Rehab, LLC since December 2023, Sarah specializes in home health occupational therapy. Prior to this role, Sarah worked as an Occupational Therapist at Atrinity Home Health from August 2022, after building expertise in skilled nursing at MONTOWESE HEALTH & REHABILITATION CENTER. With initial hands-on experience during fieldwork placements at locations such as Northern Westchester Hospital and Hospital for Special Care, Sarah has developed skills in assessing and providing interventions for patients with a variety of needs, including those with neurological impairments and autism spectrum disorder. Sarah holds a Master of Occupational Therapy from Quinnipiac University, where education was completed in 2021, following a Bachelor's degree in Health Sciences from the same institution.
