Louise Bertelsen Forman is an experienced attorney with a focus on Life Science & Healthcare, Intellectual Property Law, and Contracting. Currently an Equity Partner at Loeven Law and a Partner at Atrium Copenhagen, Louise also serves on the board for lifesciencelaw.dk, where Louise promotes the development of legal frameworks for the life science industries in Denmark. With a background in corporate legal life science and business development, Louise's expertise includes marketing compliance, R&D contracting, and digital health. Louise holds degrees from Aarhus University and Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam, and is currently studying Boardwork and Corporate Governance in Life Science Startups at Copenhagen Business School.
