Or Ackerman, CPA has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. From 2012 to 2014, Or worked as an Executive Assistant at the Israeli Tax Authority. Then, from 2016 to 2018, Or worked as a Senior Auditor at EY, specializing in the Retail & Consumer Products industry. In 2018, Or joined Radhan, a leading Israeli corporate finance advisory firm, as an Investment Banking Analyst, where Or provided services such as capital raising, M&A advisory, and credit rating advisory. In 2020, Or transitioned to G City as the Senior Analyst and Head of Investor Relations and later became the Head of Capital Markets. Currently, Or serves as the Chief Financial Officer at G City Europe (formerly Atrium European Real Estate) starting from 2023.

Or Ackerman, CPA holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Accounting from Reichman University, which was obtained from 2010 to 2014. In 2017 and 2018, Ackerman pursued further education at Tel Aviv University - Coller School of Management, where they completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Finance and Financial Management Services. In 2023, Ackerman attended INSEAD for the EPRA Executive Programme Strategy for Listed Real Estate.
