Carter Mills has a diverse and extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Carter started their career at Publicis Hawkeye (formerly FFWD) in 1994 as a Senior Database Analyst, where they developed and implemented data-based direct marketing strategies for clients such as Bank of America and Dominos Pizza. Carter then joined Red Ventures in 2002 as an Analytics Manager, providing direct marketing insights and maintaining strong client relationships. In 2005, Carter moved to Bank of America as a Director/SVP, where they evaluated AML detection channel performance and built an analytic team for a customer relationship management initiative. Carter then joined Market Strategies, LLC in 2012 as the Director of Data Sciences, where they founded and developed the data science and implemented a dynamic analytic datamart for a major wireless service provider. In 2014, Carter joined Syntelli Solutions Inc. as a Principal Data Scientist. Currently, they are working at Atrium Health as a Principal Strategist, where they are involved in managed health, marketing analytics, and business intelligence.
Carter Mills holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Banking and Finance from the Mississippi State University - College of Business and Industry. Additionally, they have a certification in Six Sigma DFSS.
