Chelsey Fleming

Chelsey Fleming is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in procurement and management. Currently serving as AVP - Purchasing Manager at Live Oak Bank since June 2022, Chelsey previously held the position of Senior Cloud Consultant at Oracle for a brief period in early 2022. Prior to that, Chelsey spent nearly seven years at the City of Jacksonville, where responsibilities included managing purchasing services and leading the implementation of the Oracle Cloud ERP solution. Early career roles included procurement specialist positions at Xorail and managerial duties at Peterbrooke Chocolatier. Chelsey holds a Bachelor's Degree in History from the University of North Florida, earned in 2012.
