Connie Evans

Connie Evans has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Connie began their career as an IT Application Analyst at Duke University Health System, where they provided consultation and assistance to customers, conducted training seminars, and resolved user problems. Connie then moved on to Tallahassee Memorial Hospital, where they served as an IT Enterprise Project Manager, providing project control, management, and resource allocation to the Project Management Office. After that, Connie worked at Carolinas HealthCare System, first as a Senior Application Specialist, managing teams and applications in support of various services, then as the Director of Information and Analytics Services, where they directed special projects and developed business cases for cost savings and margin growth. Later, they joined C&B Enterprise, LLC as the CEO and President. Currently, Connie is a Senior Vice President of Product Management at Bank of America. In addition, they have held various leadership positions, such as Board Vice President at The Premier Foundation of North Carolina and Executive Board Member and Social Chair at Charlotte FAMU Alumni Association. Connie is also a member of the Information Technology Senior Management Forum, where they completed the Executive Leadership Academy in 2018.

Connie Evans, PMP, CSM has a Master's degree in Business Administration, Management and Operations from East Carolina University, obtained between 2017 and 2019. Connie also holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Health Care Management from Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University, earned between 1993 and 1998. In addition, they are a Certified ScrumMaster, certified by Scrum Alliance in December 2018, and they hold the Project Management Professional Certification from the Project Management Institute, obtained in June 2017.
