Erica Todd

Erica Todd is an experienced professional in behavioral health with a strong background in strategic planning and service implementation. Since 2014, Erica has served as the Assistant Vice President of Behavioral Health Access at Atrium Health, focusing on enhancing access to mental health services. Prior to this role, Erica spent 17 years at Carolinas Healthcare System, where responsibilities included directing a high-volume, 24-hour clinical call center and providing crisis intervention as a Call Center Counselor. Earlier experience includes working as a Therapist for Catawba Community Mental Health. Erica holds a Master’s Degree in Counseling Psychology from the University of Kentucky and a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from West Virginia University.
