Janet Alinapo

Janet Alinapo has a diverse work experience spanning over multiple companies. Janet started their career at WakeMed as a Rehabilitation Staffing and Recruitment Manager, where they managed a team, developed staffing strategies, and oversaw the hiring process. Janet then worked at ANN INC. as a Store Manager, where they focused on providing exceptional client service, building relationships, and developing talent. At Carolinas Healthcare System, they served as a Lead Talent Acquisition Consultant, responsible for strategically tracking talent and identifying qualified candidates through various recruitment sources. Currently, they work at Atrium Health, first as a Senior HR Consultant and now as a Team Lead Talent Acquisition, where they develop recruitment strategies, consults with executives, and ensures the organization attracts top leadership talent.

Janet Alinapo completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University between 1991 and 1996. In 2014, they obtained a LEAN Certification from North Carolina State University.
