Kate Lakhani

Kate Lakhani serves as the Vice President of Medical Group Operations and Enterprise Projects at Atrium Health, a position held since June 2018, following roles as Assistant Vice President for the Women’s Service Line and Clinic Director of the Neurosciences Institute. Prior experience includes serving as Project Director in the Division of Internal Medicine at MD Anderson Cancer Center from March 2016 to May 2018, and as Manager of Supportive Medicine at Memorial Hermann Health System. Earlier positions at MD Anderson and Carolinas HealthCare System involved program and project management as well as safety analysis. Kate Lakhani began a career in health care with internships at various organizations, including the Lake Norman Community Health Clinic and Lowe's Home Improvement. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a Master's degree in Healthcare Administration and Business Administration from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.
