Naomi West Pharmd

Naomi West, PharmD, MBA, currently serves as the Assistant Vice President of Outpatient and Community Care Management in Population Health at Atrium Health, a position held since July 2010. Prior roles at Atrium Health include Deputy Network Director/Pharmacy Program Director and Integrated Care and Pharmacy Programs Manager. From March 2007 to June 2021, Naomi was part of the leadership team at Community Care of North Carolina, focusing on interdisciplinary care management and population health initiatives for the Medicaid population in the Greater Charlotte Area. Earlier experience includes various roles as a Clinical Pharmacist and Pharmacy Practice Resident at Carolinas HealthCare System from July 2004 to June 2010. Naomi holds a Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the University of South Carolina and an MBA from Columbia International University.
