James Burton

James Burton has extensive work experience in the audiovisual and event technology industry. James is currently working as the Director of Event Technology at Atrium Hospitality since July 2021. Previously, they worked at Spectrum Audio Visual, where they held the roles of Audio Visual Operations Manager from January 2017 to December 2022 and Event Technology Supervisor from September 2011 to January 2017.

James Burton's education history includes studying Computer Science at the Ira A. Fulton Schools of Engineering at Arizona State University. James has obtained certifications such as the AMX Programmer (Netlinx) Level 1 from AMX by HARMAN in 2021, the Extron AV Associate from Extron in 2020, and the Certified Technology Specialist (CTS) from AVIXA in October 2017.
