Starting with their most recent position at Atrium, Varun worked as the Sr Director, Services Delivery, overseeing the delivery of services to clients. Prior to this role, they served as the Director, Enterprise Architecture, responsible for managing the company's enterprise architecture initiatives.

Before joining Atrium, Varun worked at Appirio for several years in various roles. Varun started as a Team Lead, managing a team and performing customization tasks on the Force.com platform. Prior to their time at Appirio, Varun worked at Metacube as a Team Lead, where they focused on designing, coding, and managing a team that performed customization tasks on the Force.com platform.

Earlier in their career, Varun worked at Info Edge India Ltd as a Manager Information System and a Senior Software Engineer. Varun also worked at Syntel Inc as an Analyst Programmer.
