Petter Belfrage

Petter Belfrage is an experienced business developer currently working at Atrium Ljungberg since November 2021, focusing on creating attractive and sustainable urban environments. Previously, Petter served as a business developer at JM AB from 2011 to November 2021, contributing to one of the Nordic region’s leading housing developers. Petter co-founded Blooc in 2011, which specializes in developing residential areas and housing products. Additionally, Petter held the position of development manager at Next House from August 2009 to May 2011, where exclusivity in housing projects was emphasized. Earlier roles include serving as Chief Operating Officer at Mondial from 2004 to 2009, specializing in architectural loft conversions, and marketing at Snowcrash from 2000 to 2003. Petter holds a Master's degree in Marketing from Stockholm University, completed between 1994 and 1999, and completed secondary education at Blackebergs Gymnasium from 1991 to 1994.
