Thomas Levander

Thomas Levander is a seasoned professional in the retail property management sector with extensive experience spanning over two decades. Currently serving as Property Director in Uppsala and previously as Property Manager at Farsta Centrum for Atrium Ljungberg since December 2010, Levander has demonstrated expertise in managing commercial properties. Prior roles include Retail Manager at Boomerang Retail AB, where Levander significantly increased turnover from SEK 45 million to SEK 102 million, and interim CEO roles at both Boomerang Retail AB and Boomerang International AB. Additional experience includes leadership positions at Retail Parks AB, Mexx, and Peak Performance Production AB, where Levander was responsible for substantial operational and strategic initiatives across multiple international retail markets. Levander holds a degree in Marketing and Economics from IHM Business School.
