David Girgis

David Girgis is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in establishing and managing IT departments and infrastructure. Currently serving as the Senior Information Technology Manager at Atrium Quality Contractors since January 2019, David has successfully structured the IT department, developed organizational charts, and defined budgets while overseeing Microsoft Azure Cloud operations to enhance governance, stability, and risk management. Prior to this role, David worked as the IT Manager for the Mall Of Egypt Project at JV BESIX – ORASCOM, where responsibilities included IT procurement and coordination with various stakeholders. David’s career also encompasses a role as a Senior Technical Support Engineer, where skills in training and enterprise-level network support were honed.
