Karim Kassim has a diverse range of work experience in the construction industry. karim began their career as a Site Engineer at the Egyptian Contracting Company, where they worked on the execution and establishment of drainage systems and control rooms underground in smart village. After that, they worked as a Site Engineer at Arab Contractors, where they were responsible for executing and establishing a residential compound. karim then joined New Sapi Heliopolis for Construction as a Site Engineer, where they worked on various projects including the execution of workshop sites for the British Commonwealth and the replacement and renewal of power stations at the High Dam. karim then moved on to work at FIORITO as a Site Engineer, managing ongoing projects. karim later joined Art Vision Decor as a Technical Office Engineer, managing working drawings and preparing documents for clients and contractors. karim then joined the Egyptian Ministry of Endowments as a Quality Control Consulting Architect Engineer, conducting surveys, implementing construction stages, and conducting research on coding issues. karim then worked at REDCON Construction Co. S.A.E as a Senior Quality Control Architect Engineer. Currently, Karim works at Atrium Quality Contractors as a Q.A/Q.C Section-Head Engineer, where they advise and supports managers in implementing quality assurance and control practices and develops project quality assurance plans.

Karim Kassim earned a Bachelor's degree in Architecture from the Modern Academy for Engineering and Technology. karim pursued their studies at the academy from 2003 to 2008.
