Kayci Granigan

Kayci Granigan is an experienced MSP Program Specialist at Atrium since September 2019, supporting a global pharmaceutical client with their national contingent worker program. As the inaugural Chair of the PRISM LGBTQ+ Employee Resource Group, Kayci collaborates with a leadership team to foster inclusive employee experiences and community outreach. Previous roles include Talent Manager and Enterprise Recruiter, where responsibilities encompassed end-to-end recruitment operations and relationship management with internal and external stakeholders. Before Atrium, Kayci served as a Department Manager at Urban Outfitters, overseeing operations of the highest-grossing store in New Jersey. Kayci holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from LIM College and a high school diploma from Manalapan High School.
