Rebecca is considered a trailblazer in the staffing industry. After working briefly for a national staffing agency, she quickly realized that there was a better way and set out to create it. In 1995, she founded Atrium on her trademarked Applicant-Centric philosophy, which not only humanized the sometimes transactional staffing process but also honored the job seeker. Over 20 years later, she has grown her boutique recruitment firm to an award-winning, a nationwide enterprise with multiple service offerings which operate with the same founding principles.
