Dr. Louis Bley

Dr. Louis Bley has extensive work experience in the field of orthopedic surgery. Dr. Louis has held various roles throughout their career, beginning as a surgical intern at Cleveland Clinic in 1995. In 1996, they became an orthopedic surgery resident at Mt. Sinai Medical Center in Cleveland. Dr. Louis then went on to complete their orthopedic residency at Harvard Combined Orthopedic Residency from 1999 to 2001. In 2001, they joined Boston Children's Hospital as the Chief Resident of Orthopedic Surgery. Dr. Louis also worked as a Shoulder and Sports Fellow at New England Baptist Hospital from January to September 2002. Dr. Bley then joined Harvard Vanguard Medical Associates, where they held multiple roles including orthopedic surgeon, Associate Chief of Orthopedic Surgery, and Chief of Orthopedic Surgery from 2001 to 2013. Since 2015, they have been the Chief of Orthopedic Surgery at Atrius Health.

Dr. Louis Bley received a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Political Science and Government from Miami University, which they attended from 1986 to 1990. Dr. Louis then went on to pursue their Doctor of Medicine (MD) at The Ohio State University College of Medicine, where they studied from 1991 to 1995.
