Cecily Harris

Cecily Harris has a diverse work experience in the legal field. Cecily started their career as an intern at the U.S. Attorney's Office for the Southern District of New York in 2013. From there, they worked as a summer associate at Sidley Austin LLP in 2014 and later became a litigation associate at the same firm in 2015. In 2016, they served as a judicial law clerk at the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. In 2017, they joined Keker, Van Nest & Peters LLP as an associate. From 2020 to 2021, they worked at Wheel, initially as an associate general counsel and later as the deputy general counsel and head of legal. In 2021, they also became a member of TechGC. In 2023, they joined Atropos Health, where they currently hold the position of general counsel. Throughout their career, Cecily has been involved in various legal and regulatory functions, providing counsel to company leadership on important matters such as corporate governance, financing, intellectual property, and employment.

Cecily Harris pursued their education at the University of Pennsylvania from 2006 to 2010. During this time, they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree with a major in History.
