David McSwain

David McSwain, MD MPH, currently serves as a Board Member for the HIMSS North Carolina Chapter and the System Chief Medical Informatics Officer at UNC Health, where responsibilities include bridging the Information Services Division and the provider community. McSwain is the Main Principal Investigator for the SPROUT Telehealth Research Network and a co-founder and Professor at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Additional roles include Clinical Advisory Board Member at Atropos Health and participation in various councils and workgroups with organizations like the American Heart Association and Duke University School of Medicine.
